Return & Exchange

Sheila & Chrissy strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within our specified returns, exchanges, and refunds policies.

Returns: Returns will be accepted upon the following conditions.

1. Amount of time to return product cannot exceed 15 days from the date of delivery.

 

2. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with original tags intact. Items with no tag will not be accepted.

3. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or will be issued as an in-house credit. Sheila & Chrissy may ship the correct or non-defective replacement at no charge for shipping.

4. Replacement products must be ordered again as a new order.

5. After Sheila & Chrissy receives return, allow up to 4 weeks depending on your banking institution to process and issue a refund.


You must contact us at sheilaandchrissyllc@gmail.com prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.

 
Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at sheilaandchrissyllc@gmail.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order.  We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
 
Exchange
We will accept exchanges for a wrong style, size or color. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment.
Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.
 
Missing Items/Accessories

Please check the shipping information on your account. Sometimes your order is shipped as separate packages.

If you have received all of your packages but didn’t receive all of your items, please contact our support contact. We will be happy to help you resolve this issue.

Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. We will show you the Customs tax cost to pay. And shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.

Notes For Returns

Items must be returned with the following characteristics:

-Unworn/used

-Unwashed

-In their original state with all labels, tags,and original packaging.

The below Items are exempt from return:

underwear, swimwear, earrings, special categories items and discounted items.

Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.
